Renee Lynn Yancy is a proud Detroiter, wife to David Yancy, and devoted mother of three. She is the President & CEO of Upward Enterprises and the television host and producer of The Renee Lynn Yancy Show, a dynamic platform that inspires, motivates, educates, and entertains audiences with powerful, thought-provoking stories.

During her two years as President of the Rotary Club of Detroit, Renee led initiatives that fostered community growth, service, and leadership. Her professional journey spans more than a decade of corporate leadership and eight years of UAW representation and contract negotiation, where she championed fairness, equity, and opportunity for working families.

Renee’s work is deeply rooted in her love for Detroit and her mission to uplift communities. Whether on screen, in boardrooms, or in grassroots efforts, she uses her voice to connect people, share impactful narratives, and spark positive change. Known for her warmth, authenticity, and ability to inspire action, Renee Lynn Yancy continues to lead with purpose, proving that vision paired with heart can transform lives.
